Here is a step by step guide on how to the installation of a downloaded huawei firmware update file :-
  1. Download all files (Dashboard, firmware update, cust file, cust flasher)
  2. Now extract all in a folder.
  3. Now run the "FmcUpdate" file.
  4. Now plug the E960 Huawei Wireless Router Gateway using LAN cable if you have not already plugged it.
  5. Now click on check and it will check your E960 Huawei Wireless Router Gateway.
  6. Now click on the upgrade button, which will be highlighted after detecting E960 Huawei Wireless Router Gateway.
  7. Now Browse the "B_E9X0_CUST_M1_SG" file folder and click on the "WLAGCPS11009_RES.BIN" file.
