First Install The BSNL 3G Software from your modem. Then close the BSNL application. Open the Unlock Software. Click On: “Unlock Modem” Then Message will be displayed  : “Your Modem Unlocked Successfully” Now you can use any sim card with your modem. You Can Check Your Operators Access Point Name (APN) by clicking “List of APN’s” Button
